Woah

So I just read up on the fact that they are doing a ‘Mass Effect 4’ but with no Shepard at all.

Okay since two out of the three endings Shepard dies, and in one of them he/she seems to be alive but a million things could happen to make that not so…. I will accept the no shepard thing..

What I think they should do for this game is have it set a waays in the future, that way if Shepard survived he/she would be long dead anyways.

I think players should be given the chance to be a number of different races like in Dragon Age: Origins. Races such as Krogan, Asari, Drell, Human, Salarian, Turian, Quarian, and maybe even Geth or a new sythetic race like it. The choice to be male or female as well.

I definitly think there should be references to Shepards old team mates and of course whomever shepard romanced.

Maybe have a story line where you get to help out each of the races with some problem or another, that way you can see how far they have come since the end of Mass Effect 3

That could lead to the possibility of relating back to characters such as Liara.

You could meet up with her and her child perhaps. Maybe you are forced to do a mission with liaras daughter, and you say something in the conversation after that makes liara laugh and go “Oh! Goddess you sound just like shepard!” Where your character has the choice to blush and be complemented or bush it off by saying something along the lines of “well shepards dead so whats that supposed to mean” (classic renagade or paragon) to which liara gets all flustered and what not.

But yea, maybe they can have it where you get to recruit some of the old characters kids. Kolyat comes to mind, and Wrex or Grunts kids.

Of course some completely new characters will have to be added.

But there is endless possibilities and I really want to atleast have run ins with all the old characters from the trilogy.

I also really want the choices of the first three games to have an impact on the next game. I want it to feel like I didnt go through all that trouble just to have it not effect the new game at all.

I also want to know more and see more from the rachni. Like a lot more!!

I want there to be lots of little references back to comander shepard and his/her team and exploits.

Joker should totally still be the pilot, and it should still be the normandy, joker can just be old and grey :3 still wearing that lucky hat though. And maybe he can even be promoted to a comander and he is technically in charge of the ship but when asked why he still jusy flies it he responds “in the words of my late friend mordin, it has to be me someone else could get it wrong”
Edi will obviously be there too.

Joker is essential in my opinion. Besides shepard he is like my anchor to the games. He has been a major part of all three and should be a big part of the 4th too.

When you ask him about the crew or something he should say at the end “but ya this crew is like sleeping baby krogan compared to the last one I was with”

I just think we as fans need a security blanket throughout this new game or characters we are framiliar with.

Joker is a bigggg deal for me. He like HAS to be the pilot still. No ifs ands or buts!

Ahhh so many ideas for this game are flowing !! I WISH I WAS THE ONE WRITING IT!

I don’t think they should do a “omg the galaxy is at risk again! Someone save us alll!!!” Type thing … considering if you control the reapers galactic preace is supposed to be like a sure thing, same with synthesis, but with destroy there is a hint that some time the conflict will come back… but i dont think anything to do with the reapers will fly if this is to be a whole new story kinda thing.

OHH maybe one of Liaras trusted agents goes rougue and starts up his/her own shadow broker thing and it forces liaras whole opperation to shut down and the game is about them teaming up with whats left of cerberus and any other “bad guys”

I have no idea what they would be doing… maybe slowly assassinatinng everyone in power and replacing them with sleeper agents and your job is to protect the councel. Except Liara brings this to your attention and gets joker on it and thats when you get the normandy. And of course you go to the councel and warn them but no one listens. But you track them all over space to every different race

But they would have to have a new citadel sort of thing too

Oh man I gotta stop I will write the whole game at this point…

Anyways I think I’ve said my main bit… opinions?
